And an attendant who brought my car up, wanted to 'dry it off" with a dirty grease fragment filled rag to "dry it off " WTF
Only brought car there for air bag recall.
All other services from "non dealer" site.

Start to finish the customer service was phenomenal ! This was my first time he needing the service department and he made it as easy as ever and when I returned to pick up my car a week later AJ helped me since Josh was busy and he was equally as great. The whole Hansel Ford service dept is five stars to me !
Heater / air conditioning not working since it was in for service. Need it operational as I am going out of town soon
