Carol is great! She has always taken care of our family over the years. My father introduced us to Hansel in 1980 and we have been going there ever since. Even my daughter is going there, that is three generations!
I was well cared for and was completely satisfied.
I don’t ever want to be paired up with Carol again. My vehicle had a likely recall problem and she refused to give me a rental car until the end of the day. The car I got reeked of cigarettes and made myself and my children sick.
As usuall, I had a great experience there.

Josh has been very helpful with all the service needed on my car. This time he went above and beyond my expectations. He is very cheerful and makes my time there fun which is hard to do when your car is in the shop.

I ONLY truest Hansel Mazda and Ford with my car care- not only because they are "Mazda" - ive taken my other Mazda shops and it was horrifying. So i want you to know that Hansel is just amaizing. I will be buying my future cars with them.
