The loaner car was supposed to have a full tank of gas. I drove 20 miles and had to put 2.5 gallons in it. I don’t think the Impreza only gets 10 miles to the gallon. The service was fine. The front window was smeared when I dove away.

Paul was great. He explained the cost and process clearly. So was Anita. I was stressed and anxious because my car had just started acting up and I needed to bring it in asap. Anita was my calm in the storm when I called with a tad of panic in my voice with my emergency,and Paul was just as great when I arrived.

May 11th 2020 update. Needed an updated software installation through the Kirby Subaru. Jason, Dennis, and Bob all helped out making sure when I drive off, no unpleasant surprises. Car was washed too. All good thank you all again.

My climate control is not working after you removed and replaced the airbag. I assume the technician forgot to reconnect something. Now I will have to waste another day to bring it in.
