Jason the service person was great but I’m still upset that one of your employees approached my car, asked me till down my window and directed me to move my car - she was NOT wearing a mask - when I told her I asked about your safety protocols before making an appointment and that I was told everyone was supposed to be masked she told me ‘she was going to lunch’ . If someone asked me if it was safe to go to your dealership during the pandemic I would honestly answer ‘no’ due to her lackadaisical attitude - she’s young and must not feel at risk, but I am not on that position.

People in service who are working face to face with customers without wearing masks. Cashiers, parts, etc—- no masks. It shows a lack of concern for the comfort and safety of customers. Most companies who have essential workers that deal with public require workers to wear masks. This has tainted my perception of Kirby Subaru.
I need a to speak to somebody about the Subaru itself because I didn't buy it from the dealership I bought it from carmax and there was no opportunity to ask questions about the car also my Clock is still on daylight savings time and even needed to have it changed and I really don't know about any of the special Gages Is surface on my recalls was timely and politely dealt with but no opportunity to speak to a person
