I was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of Dennis Espinoza. He took great care to troubleshoot the issues of my car not starting, despite the year-old battery. I was content to wait patiently for 3 hours while mechanics performed the 6-month maintenance and addressed the starter issue. I had a very pleasant experience with the cashiers, especially Anita. However, I had an unpleasant experience with a porter in the car lot who was insistent that I hurry up and pay my bill. His rude behavior is in stark contrast to the rest of the friendly staff. It was a disappointing end to my time at the dealership.
Jason was great. Friendly and efficient and the service was prompt. Very pleased.

Jason Chesbro is an exceptional service advisor. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism by every advisor and service technician. The woman who was at the checkout desk, who arranged the loaner car & took my payment, is ready exceptionally nice, and her humor was much appreciated! I regret not getting her name. My cars are always ready at the estimated time or even earlier. It was a pleasure to bring my families cars to Kirby Subaru in Ventura!

Was contacted that my vehicle was ready for pickup after service. However, my Subaru was not ready, and I had to wait 40 minutes after I arrived to pickup my car.
Gabby is great! She isn’t afraid to walk out and assist if needed. I see her being very hands on and cares about her customers. She’s a winner!
