I was not called when my car was ready for pick up. Additionally, we left the car overnight so there would be plenty of time tp perform oil change and recall part. We also discussed and asked for my car to be washed before picking up. It was not washed in spite of having the car for 24 hours. I am disappointed.

Surprised that my tire patch of couple months leaked and that service dept. had no patches on hand to replace faulty one. I had to leave vehicle overnight awaiting new patch. I have two Subaru’s from this dealer and have always the service dept. top notch.
