they wouldn’t align my car because I install an aftermarket lift and wouldn’t rotate my wheels because I had aftermarket wheels, i’ve been to many dealerships and this is not a problem

Although my concern was unable to be replicated, everyone from the advisors to the service cashier were amazing. I don’t have a single complaint about anyone working here. Keep up the amazing work/customer service you guys!!

Staff was generally polite and pleasant BUT... I think the service area needs to do a MUCH better job with COVID safety measures. My husband took his truck to FORD dealer for servicing and he said that it was efficient and safe. He drove up, stayed in vehicle, used own pen to sign and leave key on dash (this part was similar), but instructed to leave door open so that they could sanitize before getting in. At Ford Pickup went to cashier with big sign requiring customers to wear face mask and only 1customer allowed. At Kirby to pickup car I stood outside of cashier door for awhile waiting for staff to leave (3-4) finally when 2 still at cashier & parts I went in. Just felt somewhat unsafe with so many staff in a tight area. I saw some customers without masks at drop off and pickup. When first arrived at Kirby it seemed a bit confusing. I sat in my car for awhile before being helped. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to get out or not. Others arrived after me immediately got out of their cars and at least 1 was helped before me. Anyway... improvements needed.
