I love the seamless process and the car wash is a big perk.
I drop it off my forester without any cosmetic damage,but when i pick it ip I found out got hit in front right bumper. Im really upset! It because when they give me a loaner car they told me to take care of it,treat it like i own it,which is i did.i make sure i dont park any crowd palaces,drove it carefully.. but then my car it seems not really in good hands.

Subaru take car of their clients and we would not like it any other way. Thank you for all you do for us.
Overall the work was well done. However, there were smudges on some of the interior equipment and I found a bobby pin and Penny in the center consul which would lead me to believe that no one even looked in there during the deep cleaning process and preparing the car for my pick up having just purchased it.
