Gabby was very nice and professional. But a 1 hour estimated simple oil change took nearly 3 hours. When the car was delivered, it was not washed as promised. So I waited another 15 minutes for this to be completed.
I was nervous about bringing the car in during the pandemic but everything was done with a minimum of contact and all were very safety conscious

Gabriela was a professional and courteous service advisor. I appreciated how she answered my questions and then came out to tell me my car was ready and reported what the technician told her regarding the glove box lock.
Since this was a 6 month/6000 mile service, there weren't any major problems to address. (Hopefully there won't be.)
Gabriela was amazing. The checkout was not so amazing however, as the attendant working had her mask off, was wiping her eyes and nose, then proceeded to not wash hands or sanitize before taking my payment and having me sign paperwork. Very scary with Covid 19 and unprofessional.
Car steering wheel was dirty when got into car.
I thought subaru service had changed, but sadly except for Gabriela being great, attentive, knowledgeable, the rest of the staff were not.
