Gabriella was wonderful and friendly to work with. Very helpful with suggestions on maintenance, I had a really positive experience with her. While most everyone has been quite friendly and helpful overall, she has been one of the best I have interacted with at this location.

Yes, but I noticed that it didn’t move from it’s original parking spot for an hour and a half while I was there waiting for it. But I did appreciate being told that there were lights and bulbs out. That’s a safety issue and that I really appreciate. Thank you, Mary M

This was our first service experience - 6 month service on our Subaru Crosstrek. We didn't know what to expect. Dennis gave excellent service from beginning to end, including being conscious of social distancing/safety, informing us of the service process, offering a car wash, finding us during the process to give a time update, reviewed the results, etc. He was both polite and efficient making this a great first experience

Gabriella was great! She gave me a loaner car and she even helped me transfer my groceries back into my car from the loaner!
Everyone was very kind, prompt and helpful. The service team, parts department and cashier were friendly and efficient. I was so grateful to have the complementary loaner vehicle to go back home to Santa Barbara for the day. Huge thanks to the whole team!

The only issue I have is that the cashier didn’t call the service department to bring my car up once the paperwork was done. I waited and then had to ask To have my car brought up. Other than that I couldn’t have asked for a better experience
