Everything was great until I was told my car was ready and I stood outside for 20 to 25 minutes waiting for my car. Finally I saw a mechanic and asked him don’t they usually bring the car here once ready. He took my paperwork and went to the cashier. He found my car and brought it to me and told me the cashier should have told me where my car was. I had no idea where my car was and why would I think it was parked where new cars are parked.

Gabriela was great!!! Some of the electronic settings were changed - I didn’t expect that since I just got an oil change. (Phone disconnected, music bass balance changed, MPG averaging seems to have started over , etc.) Otherwise, very efficient. The initial wait was about 5-10 minutes (4 people said “we’ll be right with you” in that time.) I suggest you do a better job of enforcing masks - staff were fine but several customers seem to think COVID is over. I asked one young woman, who sat her child 3 feet from me to please either move farther away or use a mask. She grunted and said ‘she’s so over this’. Without better enforcement I may not return until things have changed. (An older man with an oxygen tank was also nearby - that young woman didn’t seem to understand contagion.) There were 3/4 other customers without masks and not distancing themselves.

Gabby is the absolute best Service Representative at Kirby. She is thoroughly professional and customer focused. Gabby processed my vehicle promptly and set me up with a loaner car so I did have to wait at the dealership. In the future I will request Gabby when I bring my Subaru in for service.
