Car was not completed on time. Having made the appointment two weeks in advance, they. Should have been prepared to deliver as promised.
Every staff member I encountered was fabulous! HOWEVER I was promised a complimentary car wash and much to my disappointment that did not happen.....wahhhhhh

They took out my gas to complete the recall Issue and then didn’t return my car with the same amount of gas I left my car with, even though I’m asked to return the same amount if gas in a loaner car as I take it with. Also, last time I had a service they washed the exterior, and this didn’t happen this time.

We have been interested in a Subaru Ascent and when it became clear that a loaner was relevant, it was really great to get a loan of an Ascent. We thoroughly enjoyed driving it and learning about the car. The Customer service was excellent: Jason was super helpful and clear, and communicated updates in a timely way. The representatives inside were also great. Clean bathrooms and customer seating areas. All in all, a great experience. Thank you!

I indicated that I was in a hurry cause I left my disabled husband at home. I was told 45 mins to an hour. It was less than that and I so appreciated the effort on Subaru’s part to get me home quickly. I was also pleased to see everyone wearing masks. Also having hand sanitizer available when I paid for my services was a big plus for me. Thank you Subaru for caring.
Service was quick and convenient. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. The work that was to be done on my car was explained to me and my questions answered. This is easily the best Subaru dealership I have ever worked with.
