Promised to get a car wash and did not. Questioned a service person, not Paul, he was out of the office. Paul was very nice but didn’t follow through on what I was told would happen. No one seemed to really care either. Oh well. I can’t drive 50 miles to and from Ojai for a car wash. If I hadn’t been told that I would not have had a problem. Did not see Paul around when I brought loaner car back.

I would like to have had more confidence in knowing how long the replacement would require, since I travelled from Santa Barbara, and did want to leave my car overnight, requiring two trips.
However, I would rate the experience, and appreciate Mr. Gray’s professionalism. I feel I was treated very well.

I got there early, he took all my information and quickly took my car. When it was completed, he called me and told me what they had done and how my car faired. I was satisfied.
