When I first turn my car in, I asked if I could get a Crosstrek Loaner car because we were considering purchasing one and I wanted to try it out. I was given the ascent which is of no interest to me. This seems to have been a possible missed opportunity for your salesforce.
Also, I was told the car would be washed when I picked it up and it was not.

The tire pressures were adjusted against my consent, I had just set them that morning with my loaded up car taken into consideration! Reminds me of when I took delivery of the car, tire pressures were set at mid 40’s psi, I remember thinking the car handled very squirrely.
