This is an unfair question. I am completely satisfied with Paul. He’s a great guy, very professional and courteous. But the technical staff could not identify where the metallic sound was coming from so we just agreed to do nothing at the moment. I would have preferred that the problem get resolved from a technical point of view.
The car was not ready as promised for 45 minutes maintenance oil change. It took 2 hrs. We were waiting on bench outside. Waited until I got impatient. Then I went to the service consultant.

My Outback had a potentially serious problem. I was treated professionally by Kirby’s service staff—and most directly by Dennis Espinosa. Dennis ensured the proper technician tested and adjusted the car, and provided me with a courtesy vehicle for several days. Even though there was no serious car fault discovered—with the checks that were performed, I am confident it is a safe vehicle to drive.
