Very quick and efficient!
I brought the car in for 4 things. The rear hatch wouldn’t lift all the way up, a Starlink update, an oil change and a brake inspection. The hatch problem was fixed in 10 seconds after it was found that a button on the dash was depressed. When the service advisor brought the paperwork out, it listed a brake inspection and tire rotation. I told the advisor that I had bought the tires 2 weeks ago so they really did not need to be rotated but that I still wanted the brake inspection, oil change and Starlink update. Seven hours later when I was told that my car was ready the brake inspection was not done. The service advisor had crossed out the inspection along with tire rotation. To be honest, I’m really disappointed with the service visit because now I have to make another visit to get the brakes checked. This means I have to waste another half day trying to get something done that should have been taken care of in the seven hours that the dealership had the car.
