Reilley was polite, friendly, a good and patient listener to my questions and concerns. He was attentive to my inquiries and when what I was asking about wasn’t about service but about ending my lease and trading for a newer model, he led me to someone waiting in sales to further assist me. Reilley really went above and beyond throughout my time with him.
Also, there were no cups for the coffee station. I asked Monica about this. None could be found at Kirby Subaru. So I returned to waiting area. Fifteen minutes later Monica came to tell me they now have cups. She went next door to the other building and got them there...Now that’s customer service!
