Kirby Subaru offers the most professional service experience ever. They reserve your appointment time and keep to it. I was in and out in a hour and enjoyed a vanilla Cappuccino from their coffee machine while I waited in their comfy lounge. I suggested to my husband to trade in his Toyota Forunner for a Subaru for the amazing service experience which he never receives from SB Toyota. He waited over 3 hours for his reserved time slot the past 2 visits

Excellent service as always
I brought my Subaru Outback in for rear brake job and they originally said it would take all day but it was done I 2 1/2 hours. I greatly appreciated the timely service and good job topping off fluids, rotating tires and car inspection as part of the service. The car is running at its best now.

Your mailers are deceiving which I understand is to get people in. When I expressed concern about my shocks (I had purchased the 100k miles insurance), the response is “it will cost you 80 or 90 dollars for Kirby to take a test drive to see if there is a problem”. It’s pretty hard to screw up an oil change, except for wiping off my windows with an oily rag making them smeared. I don’t believe the car was washed; it was Friday afternoon.
