Dennis was awesome. For whatever reason, when the job was completed, the paperwork was placed on a different desk, resulting in an additional unnecessary hour of waiting. This was not Dennis’ fault and he graciously provided the visit FOC because of the mixup. As a busy working parent with a crazy schedule, this adjustment to our final bill was much appreciated. High fives to Kirby Subaru.

I sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes looking at my completed car sitting in your parking lot. The cashier couldn’t help because the paperwork wasn’t done. Kirby can do any warranty work that I need to get done, but I will be getting my routine maintenance done elsewhere.
He was helpful in determining needed services. Called me to detail additional services and kept me appraised of progress and finally vehicle was completed on time.

However, I realized the AC Mon longer works in my car.
It worked perfectly fine when I brought in my vehicle.
