I drove an hour to get a warranty repair to the rubber seal around the passenger door. Upon arrival the seal was as loose as when I dropped the car off. Total travel time for me was 4 hours, and the seal is still not repaired. Simply checking to see if the repair was adequate would have saved me hours and about $40 in gas.

Gabby was polite and professional. We did not have the required work done as we were advised that the car would be there for 2 days, which we did not know. Long round trip from Santa Barbara. We were offered a loaner car, but could not leave our car for 2 days. The issue was intermittent starter problem which we were told would require 2 days and would be difficult to diagnose. Wish we could have been advised of that in advance. We love Kirby but this was troublesome.
