One of your mechanics made a 1/2-inch long jagged hole in my leather seat, likely with something sharp that was in his hip pocket. I reported this to Dennis, who said Kirby would fix it, but I’m quite upset about having a hole cut in my leather upholstery.

While I don’t utilize dealership service regularly, when I have, the repairs and customer service from the advisor are highly satisfactory. Reilley Hern has been very prompt in furnishing estimates and cost information, as well as providing regular updates on the progress of my vehicle. As a customer I appreciate his good listening skills and is thorough in following up and addressing any additonal questions or concerns I have at any point. The quality of diagnostics and repair are great, but would be even better with further attention to cleaning up any mess left from the repair process.
