I was kept up to date by Jason, who sent me texts regarding the parts that needed to be ordered and a possible time line for the work to be completed. I was also given a loaner without me having to ask. I got my car back cleaner than I left it. Superb customer service.
Everyone I dealt with was great.
My headliner was not connected properly and I had to adjust it myself to make it fit. There was a rag left in the back of my car. The headliner was soiled with finger prints. There was a small deep indent in the headliner from the install that may be permanent..

The negative is… I had no choice but to get in my car in the rain when done, unlike the special treatment that 2 other customers received In front of my face. Their car was brought under a roof so they don’t get wet. Trash thrown away. They also left trash in my car and dirt! Maybe because I didn’t have as nice of a car as the other 2, but hey Subaru! these are all your cars. Train your employees to treat everyone equally.
