In all fairness I really did not interact with this individual BUT I WANT TO SAY THIS , the person who drove my car out after the finished oil change service , I thanked them for their work and they VERY GRACIOUSLY thanked me for that … I was surprised how sincere he seemed ! I sure hope people thank your employees for their work in caring for our property ! A thank you GOES ALONG WAY .
