Very thorough and efficient. Big step up from my last car at the previous dealership. Having a lot on my plate and being able to drop off my car and trust it’s in good hands is a huge relief. After having a horrible experience at DCH the experience I had at Kirby was exceptional. Dennis (service) couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Plus DCH wanted to charge 1600 but I paid 1100 at Kirby. Thank you I’ll never go back to DCH and the GM knows it

Sat in the lounge waiting for them to come advise me car was done. They did not do so. When I checked my phone I found that the car had been done half an hour earlier! Wasted an afternoon just sitting around longer than necessary.
The only issue was I was never called when my car was done and so I had to go over myself. I called before I went over and I never received a call back.
