Dennis Espinosa was maybe the best customer service person I have ever worked with. He was intelligent and professional yet thoughtful and kind. Patient (I had a lot of questions), great communicator…good listener, just an all around great person to work with. He is very dedicated to his job and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my whole experience at Kirby Subaru. I’ve always thought highly of your dealership but after working with Dennis even more so. Please give him a pat on the back and let him know he did a great job and I, as a Kirby customer, really appreciated him.

I received excellent service from setting the appointment to driving away after my car was finished.
Reilly was very helpful in getting my car checked in for service and listened to my brake concern. He thoroughly explained what the service and brake check would include. He kept me up to date with the findings and when the car was ready.
I had a good experience with the service however I received a call the following day saying that I missed my service appointment. I certainly didn’t miss my appointment, seems like a system glitch.
Good communication and thankful for the loaner car while mine was I. The shop. The work looks like it was quality as well.
