Monika checked me in this morning. She was professional and friendly. She listened to me & answered my questions. She called me twice to give updates as to cost of the service and secondly to notify me the work was completed and that actual time required was less so that the cost of the service was reduced accordingly.

Dennis promptly took care of the service my car needed, was receptive to my need of a loaner car, handed memy paperwork and called as soon as my car’s service was completed. Upon picking up my car, he explained everything that was done in a kind and thoughtful manner. I hope all of your service attendants are as conscientious as Dennis is.
