I believe in Subaru and Subaru‘s love, therefore I trust Kirby Subaru implicitly. Jason was great but completed my battery check up a bit slow. But I am grateful that I was under warranty. I hope you all appreciate loyal customers like me, I have had three Subarus And love them completely
I brought my car in to have the transmission checked and the technician put a hole in the exhaust manifold.
I had a burned out brake light and the techs failed to note this on the
multi-point. When I pointedly asked the service writer if they checked all
the lights he said the tech had, and did not find one burned out. I came
home and swapped the burned out bulb for a good one, it's an easy fix. IMO
the techs lied to the writer and it makes me wonder what else they lied
about.
Very pleased with process. Lacking a bit in customer waiting areas.
Dennis was very good. I felt like he had my best interests in mind. He was knowledgeable and had good customer service skills.

Very helpful, glad I got my car in for 84,000 mile check because I didn’t realize my car had a leak. Reilley explained everything easily and got me set up with a loaner quickly. Very happy with staff and service.

Dennis Espinosa was extremely helpful throughout this entire process. He stayed in contact with me all week to keep me informed as to the problem with my car and managed to have Subaru cover the cost other than $50 for the work as my warranty had run out but I only had 13,000 miles on my car. I cannot thank him enough and everyone at your dealership was friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is that you do not have a dealership in the Santa Barbara area. It would be so much more convenient for those of us Subaru car owners. I had to have my car towed to your place and the drive home Friday afternoon (Memorial Day weekend) was horrendous especially with all of the construction going on....it took me over two hours just to drive 30+ miles.
