This time I felt a little stressed and annoyed because I was told that the service representative looked up my coverage and I was going to have to pay 150.00. When I protested, and said that I believed she was incorrect, and that I’ve never paid for the oil changes as I purchased the service package when I bought, she still said she had already checked, but that she would check again. After awhile, she came and told me that I WAS correct, but that I only had 12 left. ???? Anyway, it worked out, but I would have appreciated not having to disagree with her in the first place. I also mentioned that my temperature sensor wasn’t working correctly, and she said that I would have to make another appointment to have that looked at. Maybe she could have offered to help make that appointment with me, instead of the vibe of: not today, Felicia. Overall, having service done at Kirby is easy and painless. I like the waiting areas and the coffee.

My technician was great and went over everything, but the actual person who changed my oil and checked my fluids did not do a good job. My car had just been washed and the person checked the fluids by turning on the windshield wipers and left my back windshield and actual car dirty along with the actual car. The front windshield had to be washed too. Also my windshield fluid was low and I had to top it off. I would rate my experience fair to good, but it was frustrating having to wipe down my car and fill up the windshield fluid. My battery terminal was corroded too and I was going to be charged for cleaning it…I cleaned it myself. A little extra wouldn’t hurt now and then. Thanks for asking Leslee O

Reilley was very communicative throughout the service which was super appreciated. It left me with very little to no questions. Also reception was kind enough to let me loan an Ascent per my request. I had always wanted to drive one :) thank you!

Michael helped a customer that came into the service 10 minutes after I had been there waiting. Just before Reilly helped the lady who was before me he told me someone would help me shortly. I asked him why did Michael take a customer who was way behind me and he didn’t know but assured me I would be next, Michael was my service person so I asked him how come he took the gentleman ahead of the lady next to me and then not me. He told me he couldn’t help her. So I asked why didn’t he take me next and he said he didn’t see me!! I could not understand that excuse!! After he filled out my paperwork and I signed the papers, I asked him where I could wait for my car for an hour and he told me where but it would take longer than an hour. So then I asked him how will I know when my car will be ready and he said he will find me. Well I waited in the lounge working the entire time on my laptop, never leaving and all the other customers had service people come get them and I was the only one left after being there over 2 hours! No one ever came to me. I did get a call from an unknown number that I did not answer and waited to see if a voice mail would come. After ten minutes there was a voicemail but it did not transcribe. After another half hour I got up and went to the cashier to see if my paperwork was there and it was. So I waited for my car which was brought to me and I asked the person who brought the car if someone was going to look into my phone not working which I had told Michael about at the beginning of the service. At that time he told me we could look into it after my car was serviced because he would need me there with my phone. So Reilly ended up helping me with the phone problem and answered many of my questions! I brought my brand new car in for its first 6,000 mike checkup and if it wasn’t for Reilly helping me at the end I would not know if I would come back to your dealership again!!! I will come back if I can have Reilly be my service manager!!

Dennis Espinosa was fantastic! He was very professional and personable and made the experience easy. This is my first Subaru and I haven’t always been happy with the amount / cost of maintenance that has been required for this car, far more than any other car I’ve owned. But I was glad on this visit that a couple items were covered under warranty and extremely happy that the crew fixed my broken windshield sprayer!
