No. This is the 3rd time I’ve brought my car back m with AC issues. 2 times your technicians were not able to fix it. One visit, your staff said, “I don’t think we can help you. Have you tried driving to Bakersfield and stopping at a mechanic’s if the issue occurs?” WTH? I paid $450 to a local mechanic to fix 1 rear wheel bearing. But with you it is $750. I’m so disappointed with Kirby Subaru. I tell EVERYONE who will listen how horrible the service is and most agree with me. Thanks for not fixing my car AGAIN and over charging me.

Jason went above and beyond expectations by arranging to bring my vehicle from the collision center to the Subaru service center for the air bag recall service and then take it back to the collision center. I will definitely bring my Outback to Kirby for service again based on this experience.
