Lack of communication, I brought my car in for 30k service. When I schedule the appointment I was told there was a recall on the condenser. I was told the 30k service would take 2 1/2 hours, but if the parts were there it would be all day and I would receive a phone call about the parts. I received no call, at 4:18 I was told the car was done, I asked about condenser parts, they did not have them and I would have to bring the car back. Then why did my service take so long. I brought the car in at 7:45. I hope I will receive a call when the condenser parts arrive.
