Gabriela called me at 3:30 to let me know my car was ready. She failed to mention that the service center closes at 4 on Saturdays which resulted in me almost not being able to get my car (thank you Tim who saved the day and let me pay for my service and take my car). My key remained locked in the service area and I had to come back 3 days later to get it. It should be standard practice to let every customer know what time you close especially if you call them 30 minutes prior to closing…
