I am disappointed that my leaning battery and extinguished back light was not pointed out for replacement at my service appointment. I understand the team was working to get me out same-day before my trip, which I appreciate. However, my AT OIL TEMP light turned on during my trip, which in addition to the items not pointed out that I felt should’ve been, it makes me uneasy. I did call in and was told to let the car cool down and take it to a shop if the problem persists. I hope it’s not anything serious that could’ve been prevented through the inspection.

I Had a defective window strip replaced on my passenger door. The replacement was put on very professionally with no damage to the vehicle, however there were some lite scratches that were found near the area before the strip was installed the tech stated. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle Gabby notified me that the tech noticed some scratches And showed me some pictures that he took before the part was replaced in the same area. I wasn’t totally convinced that they were there already, but Gabby was kind enough to address the situation and took some rubbing compound to the scratches. overall I was very satisfied with the service and costumer care that I received on my visit.
