The customer rep didn’t listen to me. He Heard- key words and just talked down to me when I corrected his statements of what is wrong with my vehicle, he seemed bothered by having to listen and deal with me from the second I came in to when I left. Also calling a grown woman ‘honey’ after she disagrees with you is just unacceptable! At check out I asked the rep how many ford points I had and he replied with ‘cents’, I again ask ‘how many is that’ and he said ‘just cents’. This person is clearly uninterested in customer care and I am not sure that I’ll be back for anything but warranty work!
