Mr. Olsen ensured that our car was done on time. This is our first time taking our car here. He called us to give updates on what was causing the noise in our car. His leadership (we just saw his title from the business card provided after leaving the shop) provided us with great satisfaction while going on a human level and feeling the things we’re going through. He really shows his dedication as a leader!
I was 20 minutes late picking up my daughter after specifically explaining I needed to be picked Bach up and leave the dealership no later than 11:30 so I could get my daughter from school in Napa. I had a 9:45am appointment. Before I even left via shuttle to my home I was assured that they would Lyft me out from my house and get me back. I never received a call and no one came for me. After about 15 minutes of multiple calls and be juggled between several people and only after I asked did they send a Lyft driver. It took him more than double the time I was told. All of this disorganization led me to be late to get my daughter. If you say you will do something people expect you to do what you say you will do. I doubt I will be back to this location for future service. From the time I arrived to the time I frantically got back for my car I was not impressed.
