Showed up for an appointment and waited 20 minutes in my car just to get written up. Estimated an hour for an oil change which was fair. Sent me a text saying there was a delay and a new updated time which is understandable. I was texted that I would be updated, which never happened. 20 minutes after the estimated time I walk up to the front desk just to see my car waiting outside. 3 hours for an oil change and unprofessional communication, very disappointed.
