John was a very good service person. I’m not sure if he’s a manager or not he was very accommodating. He helped me through the process of getting my vehicle taken care of. I appreciated his assistance and all his communication.

I recently brought my vehicle into Honda for an oil service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sal was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. I mentioned to him that my car was driving funny and he reassured me that they will take a look to see what the problem is. A few hours later, Sal notified me that a new starter was needed. He reassured me that this issue was under warranty and took care of the repair with no problems at all, which made everything stress-free. It’s such a relief to deal with a service department that stands behind their work and values their customers. Thank you for making it such a positive experience!

Mike came out to greet me almost immediately. Very friendly. Went over everything that needed to be done on my car. He kept me up to date with all the repairs being done. 5 stars for this guy.
