First time taking my car in for recall, vehicle sat for 4 hours, no work done when I picked up vehicle. Second time taking my car in, I had to call out of work because they would not provide a COURTESY vehicle. After holding my car for the entire day, they THEN decided I may have a rental car. I also had to pay $75 to ensure I wouldn’t be liable for any scratches/damages that could’ve happened for the 1 whole day I needed the car. The Gentleman, Pablo, had great customer service and was extremely friendly, it was just the overall experience that was absolutely shocking

I appreciate the amazing customer service from Ernesto. I always schedule with him because he breaks things down for me when I have any questions. I feel comfortable and I can feel he cares for his clients and builds connections with them. I am a new client of Honda and Ernesto has been a huge part of my great experience. Thank you Ernesto!

Yes we we very satisfied the appointment went well and on time, Hannah Martinez was very knowledgeable and so personable , As you know that she is representing your dealership and I must say that you have a good employee that was my first point of contact , so I was very satisfied for sure !????????

No worries. A little disappointed service techs could not replicate the steering issue, which seems fairly distinct and constant to me. But there was no charge so it's not a big deal.

I thought all car maintenance was included for first two years with my car purchase. This is standard for most new cars. I fell like every time I turn around Honda is charging me for something. Use for their app, internet, etc… the interface of the apps are user friendly. I like the car but not thrilled with everything thing else.

Ramez was great. I wish the service team was able to fully buffer the scratch on my car but there was still a clear mark across the door.
