I was very satisfied with Ernesto. However I was speaking with the sales department about trading my car in and the sales team general manager was beyond rude and very disrespectful. I will be taking my business elsewhere after the treatment I received from the sales general manager and I am very disappointed in the treatment I received.

Friendly and courteous service. Explained repairs to me and cost. My car was in and out of service in approx 3 hrs. Greatly appreciate the Lyft car service to and from my home. It allows me to still get things done while my car is being worked on.
