Pablo was kind and helpful in answering questions I had about certain services being done to my vehicle since I have no clue about car maintenance. The mechanic who worked on my car was super informative as well. Not sure his name but both helpful

Just next time dont add services that are not requested like rotating the tires, I was suprised that $200 I was going to charge, until I ask why ?? I only want a oil change. Good thing I ask cause I was not going to paid something that I didnt request. Discount tires does it for free.

After years of taking my Accord to Hoen Honda in Carlsbad, I decided to give Norm Reeves a try and they far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of Ernesto and his team. They took the time to clearly explain their service recommendations without any pressure or unnecessary upselling, and completed the work right on schedule.
