Cristian gave me the wrong car key and insisted it was mine. I also signed the wrong paper work for someone else’s car and although he apologized, I still felt it wasn’t enough for having insisted that it was my car key when I knew and had told him it was not mine.

Sal was a great individual within the service department. The workers there including Sal are gems within a dark and gloomy cave (car dealerships). Love this location and no problems have occurred from there. 5/5
