Jay did an amazing job of getting my car fixed. They even washed it after the service, I was not expecting that. The workmanship looks excellent. If it wasn’t so far I would definitely return for any service appointment I may need.

I always like taking the my car for sevice becouse they are very efficient and they always let me know any thing of my car everyone is very helpful and perfectional.
My only concern is with the messaging system does not allow messages to be recorded making it difficult to reach the service advisors.
Javier Esquivel has been very helpful the times that I come I'm to get my oil change. He is one of the best workers there that I can trust. I bought my Hyundai Sonata in January 2018, and the times that I have gone to get my oil change I always go to Javer because he is well trusted.
I called Jay on 8/15/19 at about 12:30 to let him know about the problem I was having with my car and he got me an appointment the same day at 4pm. And serviced my car within an hour. Great and fast service. I'm very happy with the service provided Jay and the Hyundai team.

Faustino was fine. Obviously, he did not work on the vehicle. The concerns and complaints I had, appear to be only partially resolved. For example, the tire pressures are all over the place, the engine “trembled” for five or so seconds, something I had NEVER experienced before. The voice recognition has not changed, etc. etc.????
