I’ve been dealing with issues with my car dating back to August 2nd and as of August 19, my issues got fixed. I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service. I was told repairs would take an hour which essentially took longer and I had to call off work multiple times. I also informed staff and specifically Jae Lee that I needed a loaner vehicle but one was never given to me or even offered. Calls wouldn’t get returned back to me and I followed up on various occasions to see if the parts for my car came in so I can take it in to get fixed but I received no response. Also my car currently has a broken windshield and I believe the incident occurred while my car was being serviced at Puente Hills Hyundai. I didn’t notice the crack until the evening when I got home on August 7th. I called the service department multiple times and no one answered. I eventually got a hold of someone and I was informed Jae Lee was out of for an entire week. I expressed my concerns and my situation and I once again, didn’t get a response. We get to August 19th, I randomly show up, and I once again had to leave work early and call out of my second job to get my car fixed. I expressed all my concerns again to Jae Lee and told him about the cracked windshield and nothing was resolved. The communication between the service department and their customers is poor. The customer service isn’t great. I expected better from this place, as this is the second vehicle service I’ve leased through Puente Hills Hyundai.

Joel was very nice and i was very satisfied with his service! i trust that my car is in good hands and will be up to date on everything that is happening with it. Joel explained everything they did to me very well in ways i am able to understand, i’m very grateful for his help and definitely plan on asking for him next time i go in.
