First of all the guy that help me never even introduced himself.Not that i care wat his name was but coming from various customer service jobs and dealing with other car dealerships due to my job i think that he should of,i think his name was dan? I checked my oil when i got home and i had to add some because it was low wat kind of crap is that! I also didnt even get a sticker or something that says when to go back for another service! Not necessaryin my case but helpful for someone that doesnt know anything about cars
