Jay has been very efficient with my service needs. No Surprises, except the radio could not be replaced, none in stock, had to be repaired, which extended the repair time. Not a problem, Jay provided a loaner and the repair was less expensive, as it required the replacement of an antenna module.

Really friendly and efficient. Although during my wait in the seating area the only person who was friendly was Manuel. I thought somebody’s dog died. Unfriendly atmosphere in dealership area.

I really appreciate car wash upon pick up, but it would make it better if they ran a rag by to dry the vehicle preventing the spots.
Also, advisors aren’t the most friendly workers. Maybe job demand is high pressure.
