I requested a rebate based on the bumper to bumper warranty on my 2016 Buick Regal, with 20700.00 miles on it. This is the second time that the side mirror outside plastic covering has come off, this time during the drying cycle in a car wash, The first time, was on the freeway, due to wind. I believe this is due to faulty construction of the parts, and I suggested that it should be covered under the warranty, as I was told it would by the response to my chat when on your web site, prior to setting the appt. This was denied by the authorizing agent at Hoene.
Have always taken my Yukon xl’s here and happy happy!! Dan is great!
