I came in to have my car serviced To have my oil and filter checked and car washed as well. My appointment was at 3:00. I got there around 3:05/10. My car was not returned to me until around 5:15. I did this on a Wednesday. I was very disappointed with how long this took. I bought my car in December of 18 and nothing was out of the ordinary that warranted this long of a wait time.

Your one of the few dealerships I have dealt with in my life that I feel has great integrity. Obviously the friendly and honest attitude I see in all the employees I have met so far are a reflection of management attitude. If I can convince my wife to separate from her old Yukon we will again be a customer.
