Check in was fast and efficient, the waiting room was clean and comfortable the car was clean when the oil change was completed

Jay was professional and friendly, I initially contacted you online, and the woman that called me (very soon after I inquired) and set the appointment was also pleasant and professional.
The rug at the drivers seat has black grease on it which I did not notice until I was home. I just had the car detailed. The car should have been checked for cleanliness.
The repair job was fine. But yesterday the fan to my air conditioner started sounding extremely loud & vibrating my car. So soon a new problem after getting it serviced.

Excellent service. Done when promised!
The wait was long ( about 2.5 hrs). James asked me if I had problems with the key getting stuck in the ignition. He said that both the technician and he had hard time removing the key. However, he gave me the key without recommending service or advising the gravity of the possible problem.
In the final report he handed as a receipt was no mention of a light notification on the board ( about servicing the tire pressure monitoring system). I came with the light on ,I had a maintenance check and I left with the light on and no recommendation on it.
Long story short, I had a poor to mediocre experience that just prove me that service at the dealership is probably overrated. I take my other cars to a private shop in San Diego / I have never had an oil change without the technicians going over all the problems they eventually noticed during the service.
And I never left the car shop with a light on on the board.

We appreciate the service, and have only one chief complaint. We had to call for updates rather than receive the call from the buick service desk. Other than that the service was great.

Dan Erickson was very helpful working with us regarding mechanical issues with our Acada. He had a real good guess regarding the noises I described to him and the repairs needed. He also provided a loaner car for us to run errands. I Wii go back for any future work.
I met Mr Shrixee a couple ever years back. I appreciate his short concise communication and his flexible options he provides to me with different option plans wregarding both service and parts. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience.
