Dan did a fabulous job with my Vehicle. However, his colleague Jay is extremely rude and dangerous. I was discussing my vehicle with Dan when Jay silently pulled his clients vehicle within 12 inches of me. Rather than apologize for scaring me he drove off. When I confronted him he said he was going slowly - there was no apology or anything. Very disappointed in his level of customer service and he is not properly representing GM. He has been rude on a number of occasions but this one was the limit for me. Customer service should be friendly not hostile.
James was very helpful and made the whole process very easy. Loved using Lyft.
