Jay greeted us when we got there. We arrived early for our appointment and he took our vehicle right in.He gave us his number and offered us a ride to and from the mall.He kept us informed on the progress.We called him about a ride back to the dealership and it was done quickly. The work was done sooner than he had estimated and my vehicle was washed. Jay explained all the work that was done and was very professional and personal in the way he conducted himself with us.

Your team has NOT fixed the problem after 3 attempts. I've a 4th appointment for 2/5. I'm requesting a NEW Cue Infotainment system as a remedy. These issues make it hard to speak well of Cadillac or tolerate such poor quality products.

Dan went above and beyond our expectations by working with the extended warranty insurance company, finding the complete set of mechanical issues that needed repair and getting us a great deal on new tires, all while keeping us comfortable for a few days with a quality rental car.
