Our vehicle was at the dealership for nearly a month waiting for parts. While I realize this was not Carlsbad GMC’s fault, as an active duty Marine with a family, this caused a major hardship on us and I feel is a completely unacceptable way for GM to do business. Then we finally got the vehicle back and the next morning my engine light was on requiring me to return. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but this was another inconvenience. All that said, James Shriver was an excellent service advisor. He kept us informed throughout the process and was very helpful in answering our questions and working with us. I would request to work with him again in the future.

Courteous and professional.....worked hard to make my experience a good one. There was a little computer mixup but impressed when other employees reached out to assist her. Definitely no complaints!

Bringing the ATS back tomorrow. Radio issue is WORSE than when I brought it in. This is the 5th time I have had this issue with two different dealerships. No way to treat a customer that has purchased 14 Cadillacs over 25 years.

Had it Friday night, not completed till Wed AM. I was traveling on Wed, therefore you hold the car till Sunday for my return. Don’t think the work was complex. Maybe understaffed with mechanics. Maybe I was low priority.
